With over 19 years of extensive clinical research experience, I have established a strong foundation in managing and overseeing complex projects. In 2010, I joined Syneos Health, where I assumed the role of effectively managing a large Functional Service Provider (FSP). This endeavor involved leading a global FSP 360 team, consisting of highly skilled Data Managers, Clinical and SDTM Programmers, as well as Project Managers, catering to the needs of our esteemed Top 10 Pharma clients. Aiming to foster a culture of excellence, I am deeply passionate about the development of individuals and the creation of high-performing teams. I strongly believe in empowering my team members and removing any obstacles that hinder their progress. As an out-of-the-box thinker, I consistently strive to devise innovative strategies to achieve common goals, both for Syneos Health and our valuable pharma partners.
Over the past 15 years, I have gained invaluable experience in setting up large, mid-sized, and small FSPs. Notably, I have successfully executed quick ramp-ups, ensuring swift and efficient deployment of resources to meet project requirements. Additionally, I have actively participated in a mentor-mentee coaching program, actively contributing to the development of aspiring leaders. Through my involvement in multiple FSP 360 initiatives, I have demonstrated my ability to drive impactful change and foster a collaborative work environment. I bring a wealth of expertise in clinical research, particularly in the management of large-scale FSPs.
