Personal Information

Elanie joined IQVIA in 2017 as a Data Team Lead after completing her PhD. Since then, she has contributed to a wide range of clinical trials across various sponsors and phases. In 2021, she was promoted to Associate Director within the Traditional Data Management group. In her current role, Elanie manages over 12 Data Team Leads and oversees 30 clinical trials.

In 2025, she was part of an outstanding team that received both the ACDM Team Award for Team Excellence and the IQVIA CEO Award for Team Excellence. Elanie is deeply passionate about Data Management and Clinical Trials, driven by the belief that this work is shaping a better future for generations to come.
