Arnab Sengupta

Arnab, a strategic industry leader, has over 19 years of extensive and diverse experience in clinical research working with multiple leading global Pharmaceutical Companies and CROs, especially in technology transformation, people development, business operations and process reengineering. Upon completion of his master’s in biotechnology from PESIT, Bangalore, helping effective solutions reach patients has been a constant theme of his life. He worked with Eli Lily, Accenture, Kendle International, Novartis and now Novo Nordisk carrying out multiple, increasing roles and responsibilities and successfully driving various Data and technology solutions across various clinical research functions in Data Orchestration and Strategy, Data Management, Clinical Programming, Analytics and Business Operations. He is currently leading a global Data Management team in Novo Nordisk as Vice President, Data Management & Centralized Data Review and has been leading many transformative workforce and technology solutions across clinical trial value chain to make data insights and data to decision more seamless in clinical trials. Aligned with the motto, “patients are waiting”, he aspires and leads the team with his vision, people focus, innovation and business solutions.
