We’ve arranged a free shuttle bus to make your conference experience smoother. The shuttle will pick you up from all the suggested hotels and transport you to the conference venue each day. At the end of each day, the shuttle will also drop you off at your respective hotels.

Explore Warsaw with a free city tour
If you’re staying after the conference, you’re invited to join the city tour provided by the City of Warsaw free of charge. The tour will take place from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm on April 19th, with the gathering point being the lobby of Sofitel. It’s a wonderful chance to further immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of Warsaw.
