Sreesha Nair is currently the Director of Data Management and Central Monitoring at Johnson & Johnson, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in Clinical Data Management. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership positions, where she has successfully led and executed strategic initiatives focused on people and processes. Her passion lies in understanding the science of drug discovery and promoting the talent development within the field. 

Sreesha holds a master’s degree in microbiology and is a certified Scrum Master. Additionally, she has completed a certification in Cancer Genomics and Precision Oncology through online learning at Harvard Medical School. 

Srini brings over 23+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management (including Database Programming and Software development) who is currently imparting India Head – Data Sciences in Eli Lilly.

His previous experience includes working with reputed organizations such as Novartis, A*Star, SCRI, Oracle, Manipal Acunova, IQVIA, Accenture and Allergan. In addition to bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Bengaluru University, Srini holds a master’s degree in business administration from Bengaluru University. Srini is a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSS®) and is a Certified Data Management Personal (SCDM®).

During leisure time, Srini enjoys reading Current/Foreign affairs and latest technological advancements. Loves to send quality time with family and friends.

Jhumi Ghosh Arora is a Director of Clinical Data Management in IQVIA. Her professional experience spans over two decades in clinical research and IT industries. A Post Graduate in Business Administration by education she is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring her commitment to excellence in business operations. A people’s leader at heart her specialization lies in strategic problem solving, risk identification and mitigation, and unleashing hidden potential in people. She is known for setting up and running high-performance teams with superior delivery results. An ardent believer of continuous improvement she focuses in bringing simplified innovations to operations and project management to foster growth and drive meaningful changes. Jhumi is highly enthusiastic about integrating human talent with technological advancements and finding the right balance.
